Halloween Pennant Garland

This garland is an original and handmade in the USA. This is a digital download, you'll receive three colorful pennants. They measure about 11" by 7" at its widest, cut each one out and trace onto poster board or card stock paper. Use Modge Podge to glue pennants on to board, use hole puncher to make holes where indicated on pennant. Use twine or ribbon to string pennants together, tie ribbon and tulle in between each pennant. You can make the garland as short or longer by reprinting the file. This garland is very colorful and so easy to put together. Enjoy it and Thank You for supporting my little shop.
